​Welcome to Chandra Himalaya Bookings (bookhimalayanainital.in). By accessing our website and using our booking services for Hotel Himalaya, Nainital, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

​1. Nature of Service

​Chandra Himalaya Bookings acts as an authorized third-party booking partner (Middleman) for Hotel Himalaya, Nainital.

​We provide a platform to facilitate room reservations and travel coordination. We do not own or manage the hotel property directly.

​2. Booking & Confirmation

​All bookings are subject to availability at Hotel Himalaya.

​A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after the receipt of the required advance payment and the issuance of a booking voucher by us.

​Guests must provide valid government-approved Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in at the hotel.

​3. Pricing & Payments

​The rates displayed on our website are subject to change based on seasonality, weekends, and festival rushes.

​Taxes (GST) will be applicable as per Government of India norms.

​Any additional services availed at the hotel (Room service, Laundry, Heater, etc.) must be paid directly to the hotel before check-out.

​4. User Responsibility

​The user is responsible for providing accurate contact and guest information.

​Any damage caused to the hotel property by the guest will be the sole responsibility of the guest, and the hotel may charge for such damages.

​5. Limitation of Liability

​While we ensure the best coordination, Chandra Himalaya Bookings shall not be held liable for any deficiency in service provided by the hotel (e.g., electricity failure, Wi-Fi issues, or quality of food).

​We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the guest's personal belongings during their stay.

​We are not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, roadblocks, or strikes.

​6. Check-in & Check-out Timings

​Standard Check-in time: 12:00 PM

​Standard Check-out time: 10:00 AM

​Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be charged extra by the hotel.

​7. Dispute Resolution

​Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nainital/Uttarakhand.
